Help Line Online

Welcome to the Foster Parent Help LineOnline

Where can I get HELP?

You can contact us via e-mail:  info@cfcpbc.org . Our HELP line agents can assist you with your questions or research, however, during times of heavy call volume they may not be able to assist you right away. We thank you for your understanding.

When will I get paid?

Recurring payments are normally issued by the following dates:

Independent Living - 30th of the month

Foster Board - 15th of the month

Adoption Subsidy - last day of the month

When will I receive my payment?

Regular Mail – Allow 7-14 business days from the day of mailing

Direct Deposit – 2-3 business days from date of issuance

Is Direct Deposit available?

Yes! Click link to obtain a "Change of Status" form.  All changes must be received by the 5th of the month in order to be effective for the current month's payment.  Otherwise, please call the Help Desk at 1-866-497-6456 or email info@cfcpbc.org for more information.

What if I have been overpaid?

Overpayments are normally deducted from the board or subsidy payments for the subsequent month.  The full amount of the overpayment is deducted all at once unless the foster/adoptive parent has arranged a repayment plan.

What if I have been underpaid or not paid for children in my home?

If the placement information you provide is correct, our Accounting Department will issue an additional amount, which will be mailed out immediately.  If the placement information varies we will contact the Placement Department and you will be notified of the payment status.

What if I do not receive my check by a certain time of the month?

Checks are normally issued by the timeline stated above, however the specific days may change due to business days versus calendar days each month. Please allow 14 calendar days for receipt of your check. As a last resort, a stop payment can be issued, at your cost and a check will be reissued.
